Extreme Fitness, did not cancel membership , cont to charge my account

Extreme Fitness complaint by Suckered
Went in 11/07 to cancel membership, was told it would stop drafting out of my account. Came home to file taxes this week, it has cont to draft out of my account. Called Chris @ Extreme Fitness (rude) said "We dont handle memberships here, " was given # for ABC Financial, They said it was the Redding office that handles memberships. Called Redding back and they still insist it is not their problem Now what ? Am going to have to change bank accounts. Cant even get a # to Fax my record of the 11/07 visit to Redding . This is such a disappointment to find that this Company is just another place that really does not care about customer service, just the almighty dollar. I would advise the public, do not do Business with Extreme Fitness in the Mt Shasta Mall. They have no concern about individual customers.
